Description

Hello Middleton Place Residents, The board along and our property manager did the Community walk through last Thursday. We will put together a list of repairs and begin our work. If you have an item that needs to be addressed, please let me know ASAP and if it’s not on the list we will take a look at it and take appropriate steps for the repair. We try to walk the entire community but we do miss areas here or there. So we are asking for your help in identifying anything that needs to be addressed. I would like you to send your requests directly to me at kcody@talktotucker.com. You will soon see work begin on the pool. We were hoping to replace the row of tile around the top of the pool but it was too expensive. So for now, it will be repaired. The pool will be sandblasted and expoxy applied. This will give it a fresh new look. Have a great week!
